  1. Kirsten Hartvig Says:

Great blog! I’m on the train on my way to a workshop in Copenhagen. You came into my mind – I haven’ looked you up for a while and was somewhat surprised to see Josephine Baker slowly downloading onto my screen, under your name! What’s he doing now?!?

As usual, you have found an entertaining and humous way to talk about a serius issue. You are so right about – where the money is. Products and processed foods are all the rage, no money in fruits that ripen and fall off trees all by themselves.

Here in Denmark a new book was published this summer “milk and health: what is it you are drinking?” the book is written, and very well researched by three scientists

  2. Kirsten Hartvig Says:

Of course it Is critical of the dairy industry and the Danes’ excessive intake of dairy products, andof course it has been rubbished by the milk marketing board and various scientists whose institutions receive funding from – the milk marketing board.

It is sad that we live in a world where there is more power and profit in disease and destruction than in health and holistic living. Even so, I’ll carry on putting my money on lentils, and bananas.

Thank you for inspiring me so much for so many years. X
